Dr. Masa K. Maeda

Masa K. Maeda is an executive coach, author, and transformation strategist who helps senior leaders thrive amid complexity and intelligent transformation. With more than two decades of international experience, he has guided organizations across 18 countries — from Fortune 100 firms to startups — to align innovation, performance, and human well-being.
His career bridges technology and leadership. Masa’s early work in R&D at Apple Inc. and as part of Silicon Valley startup teams shaped his perspective on how human insight and advanced technology can evolve together. He later led major leadership and cultural transformations in the financial, energy, and telecommunications sectors, including collaborations with Morgan Stanley, Repsol, Claro Telecom, and the Panama Canal Authority.
Holding a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Masa combines systems thinking, behavioral economics, and leadership psychology to help executives build resilient, purpose-driven organizations. He is the author of Steady in Adversity: Leading your people through uncertainty, pressure, and the unknown, a book that distills timeless principles of composure, courage, and foresight for modern leaders.
