Masa K. Maeda, Ph.D.
Founder and Principal of Arysyn, and the author of Steady in Adversity.
His work focuses on leadership judgment, steadiness, and decision-making in complex, uncertain, and technology-driven environments. With more than two decades of international experience, he has guided organizations across 18 countries —from Fortune 100 firms to startups— to align innovation, performance, and human well-being.
His career bridges technology and leadership. Masa’s early work in R&D at Apple Inc. and a founding team member of several Silicon Valley startups shaped his perspective on how human insight and advanced technology can evolve together. He later led major leadership and cultural transformations in the financial, energy, and telecommunications sectors, including collaborations with Morgan Stanley, Repsol, Claro Telecom, the Panama Canal Authority, Copa Airlines, Two international banking core companies, and more.
Holding a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Masa combines ecosystems thinking, behavioral economics, and leadership psychology to help executives build resilient, purpose-driven organizations. He is the creator of the Steady Leadership™ framework and the author of Steady in Adversity: Leading your people through uncertainty, pressure, and the unknown, a book that distills timeless principles of composure, courage, and foresight for modern leaders.

Her work supports executives, directors, managers, and team leaders as they navigate transformation while maintaining human coherence, accountability, and trust.
Her professional focus lies at the intersection of organizational culture, leadership behavior, and systemic change. With a background in the social sciences, Claudia brings depth in change management, leadership capability development, learning facilitation, and project execution. She works with organizations to address both the human foundations of leadership (identity, mindset, and behavioral patterns) and the practical conditions of work, including processes, systems, and day-to-day interactions.
Claudia’s approach emphasizes building organizations that are resilient, sustainable, and grounded in healthy relational dynamics. She is particularly experienced in helping leaders foster cultures where people remain engaged, accountable, and capable of navigating complexity without erosion of trust or purpose.
